1) Apply Breast Cream at morning.
2) Apply Breast Mask before going to bed. (Repeat this process
every single day, do not miss a course!)
3) Take 4 Breast Capsules per day. 2 capsules after breakfast
and 2 capsules before bedtime.
*(Begin on the first day of menstruation,
continued for 15 days and stop for the next 15 days. Repeat
